It's because they have extensive training when it comes to the principles that go along with learning science and the unique application of said principles. It is the thing that makes our instructional approach the hallmark that it is. Every Learning Coach is trained by me, along with a group of other Senior Learning Coaches, until we're sure that every coach has reached the level of proficiency that goes along with the implementation that defines the Fit Learning Method of instruction. Students, as well as new Fit Learning Coaches in training, are taught the same methods of instruction. These methods of instruction are what transform the learning abilities of both equally. Fit Learning Coaches do get exemplary instructional skills.
