Frontline Care Solutions specialise in providing policies & procedures and effective learning & development solutions for service providers and care workers in the frontline of aged & community care. We were formed by a group of professional clinicians and consultants who have both passion and vision in the care sector. Our mission is to provide the best outcomes for residents, nurses, care workers and aged care facilities.
Frontline Care Solutions are leaders in the development of policies & procedures for the aged & community care sector. Our quality documentation management systems include policy manuals for residential aged care facilities and community care organisations as well as clinical procedures and auditing systems. We work with organisations to develop their policies and procedures in line with best practice and provide on-going support through the many changes that occur in the industry.
Our training is built on the latest evidence-based practice in the care sector, and this knowledge and expertise is delivered throughout our entire range or products and services. Our seminars are delivered both face-to-face and with online learning platforms that provide flexibility and allow for a range of learning styles. Areas of training include ACFI, challenging behaviours, care planning & case conferencing, pain management, palliative care, counselling skills, culture & diversity, performance management and sexuality in the elderly.
In addition Frontline Care Solutions have extended leadership training programs including the Multi-disciplinary Health Team Leaders course and our highly sought after Diploma of Management (Aged Care) course (which includes a pathway for students to progress to higher level studies). Our training approach is endorsed by the Joanna Briggs Institute, we are an APEC Provider for the ACN and are also longstanding members of ACA.
